Lovely relaxed style camisole dress upcycled from a vintage Chirimen silk kimono.
You can enjoy it all year round with or without wearing your favourite top underneath.
Chirimen, crepe in English, is one of the traditional Japanese textiles. It has a bumpy surface which gives the silk fabric a special lustre, depth, and unique suppleness. The best thing is that it hardly gets wrinkled!
This dress has two seam pockets.
Shoulder straps are adjustable.

Hena Hena's creations are upcycled with vintage silk kimonos which are imported from Japan and they are carefully unpicked by myself. I mainly use kimonos from 1950s and before. Because of their age of fabrics there could be some flaws like small marks, pinholes and colour fade etc. but they have incredibly graceful taste that only vintage kimonos have. I hope you enjoy and love the beauty of vintage kimono silks including their histories to be embraced.
